IMPROVE YOUR ARM STRENGTH WITH ROTATOR CUFF EXERCISES

THE ROTATOR CUFF TO A BOWLER IS LIKE THE MOTOR TO A CAR. BECAUSE BOWLERS USE THE ROTATOR CUFF 100% OF THE TIME IN BOWLING, IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP IT STRONG AND HEALTHY. HERE'S IS A GOOD VIDEO THAT I WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU ON SOME DAILY ROTATOR CUFF EXERCISES. I DO THEM AND THEY WORK GREAT FOR ME, AND IT HAS REALLY HELPED MY BOWLING GAME TO GET BETTER!!!!
